- Limited Offer: Early Bird General Admission tickets are sold at a discounted rate and are available only for a short period or until sold out.
- Final Sale: All Early Bird tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Access: This ticket grants standard entry to the BHIM Festival grounds. It does not include VIP access, backstage passes, or reserved seating unless otherwise stated.

The VVIP/Hospitality Package provides elevated privileges including Premium seating, exclusive lounge and complimentary drinks.
Packages are limited in number and are strictly non-transferable. All hospitality inclusions (food, beverages, lounge seating) are curated by the
Festival and partnering vendors and may vary depending on availability. The Festival is not responsible for unmet expectations arising from third-party
hospitality providers. The resale, sharing, or unauthorized transfer of a VVIP credential will void access. Guests are expected to maintain appropriate conduct
in all hospitality areas — any breach of decorum, security guidelines, or safety protocols may result in immediate removal without refund. The Festival reserves
the right to update or amend inclusions, access privileges, or amenities at any time, ensuring overall service value is maintained.

Table Packages
Table Packages Terms / Conditions
Table Packages are sold per table and admit the specified number of guests only. Each package includes a set allocation of beverages and services, which may not be exchanged for cash or alternative items. Guests must arrive together for check-in under the name of the booking party. Unauthorized resale or splitting of table access is prohibited. The Festival reserves the right to reallocate table placements for operational reasons, though efforts will be made to honor original positioning.
