8. Performance Rights: Wristbands / Badges : Non-transferable. Lost badges may not be replaced on event day.

9. Safety & Conduct: Indemnity : Outlet / applicant accepts responsibility for equipment, crew safety, and third-party claims.

10. Brand Integrity: Revocation : BHIM may revoke or limit access for any breach or safety risk.
