Vendor Requirements

  • Registration: Complete the official vendor application form before the deadline.
  • Permits & Compliance: All vendors must have valid operating licenses, food handling certificates (for F&B), and comply with festival health & safety standards.
  • Setup & Teardown: Vendors must set up within the assigned time slots and may not dismantle until after the event closes.
  • Booth Standards: Vendors are responsible for maintaining cleanliness attractive displays, and safe equipment throughout the festival.
  • Sustainability Commitment: Vendors are encouraged to use eco-friendly packaging and reduce plastic waste in line with the BHIM Festival Green Pillar.
  • Insurance: Vendors are required to have basic liability coverage to protect against unforeseen incidents.
  • Payment: Booth fees must be paid in full to secure your spot.
