Bhim Creative Expo Tickets

The BHIM Creative Expo is open to the general public; however, entry is only permitted with a valid reserved ticket. Reservations help us manage capacity, ensure safety, and provide a smooth experience for all attendees. Please note that tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis and must be presented (digital or printed) at the entry point.

In the event that you do not receive your e-ticket within the expected timeframe, please check your spam/junk folders or contact the official BHIM Festival Expo ticketing support team promptly. Failure to present a valid e-ticket at the event will result in denial of entry. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that ticket delivery is strictly dependent on the accuracy of the email provided during checkout.

Please note the following:

• Tickets are available strictly on a first-come, first-served basis and may sell out without prior notice.
• Each ticket admits one individual and must be presented (either digital or printed) at the entry gate.
• The BHIM Creative Expo organizers are not responsible for tickets that are lost, stolen, or inaccessible due to inaccurate reservation details (e.g., incorrect email addresses).
• Reservation of a ticket does not guarantee immediate entry at peak hours; entry will be subject to venue capacity limits and security clearance.
• All attendees must comply with event rules, regulations, and security protocols as outlined by the BHIM Creative Expo organizers. Failure to do so may result in denial of entry or removal from the premises without refund.
• Tickets are non-transferable and non-exchangeable, unless otherwise specified by the organizers.
• The organizers reserve the right to modify the expo schedule, programming, or venue if necessary.
